How long will my order take to arrive after I purchase? 

Please keep in mind when ordering our products that they do take some time to produce as each product goes through a special process. Items will be processed accordingly. For any information in regards to your order please use the contact from or contact us at support@alternativegrey.com always include your confirmation number in the subject when emailing. 

How is shipping calculated? 

Shipping is directly calculated by the carrier service.

International orders, tariffs, and customs. 

All tariffs/taxes/duties/importing on international orders are the responsibility of the customer to pay and will be assessed and charged upon checkout. Customer is responsible after confirmation order ships out and is to deal with carrier services directly for additional shipping information.

Returns and Cancellations.
